The guitar channel was up about as loud as it could be without distorting; the vocal channel was only on 2 - 3. The ES-Go does need a little "help" from the EQ pedal. There is no electric on that breakwater, so running on battery power was the easy option. The guy who put on the gathering was grateful to be able to use the microphone while handing out an entire dock cart of door prizes... he said he went hoarse doing that last year.
On another thread, there was the discussion of "Would you let someone else play your Taylor?" A couple friends asked if they could do a song or two, so I turned the equipment over to them. He has a Martin D-18 (didn't have it with him). This morning, I got an e-mail from him, asking about "that great Taylor" he played, "It was really a comfortable size."
Yep.
Perhaps another convert.
