Has anyone had any dealings with them? Curious because I got a price on a guitar but am hesitant to order. I have seen a ton of glowing reviews about them but honestly they are almost too glowing! Thanks

I bought a BTO through them about six months ago, and the process couldn't have gone any smoother.  Ted was very helpful during the design process and helped me to pick out some awesome wood.  I wouldn't hesitate for a second to buy another guitar from them.

By the way, there's a reason why the comments are so frequently glowing.

Ted is a great guy to deal with...I have bought a couple of guitars as well as traded in a guitar to him...very fair and accomodating.
