That makes sense.  TaylorStock 10 year anniversary is this coming August and, if I remember correctly, my custom 814c (and virtually all the other T-Stock Taylors) passed through *your* hands on their way to ours...

If memory serves, there were a total of 71 guitars ordered at Taylorstock.

... So Michael, what's up with the new 300/400 cases? I must have missed something...

the contour of the case, the grain pattern of the covering & the hardware is much closer in appearance, imho,
to the 500/series up cases - still black with chrome latches, but i believe the new covering will be more durable
(less susceptible to nicks) - i've seen 'em in the GS size (316 & 356ce models), which are really nice guitars too

I'd love to get a photocopy or scan of the article from 2000 regarding the Gallery Series, specifically the GSLJ.
I called Taylor CS but they said they no longer had any copies.
