R.I.P. Gerry Marsden
« on: January 04, 2021, 10:37:48 PM »
Gerry Marsden, singer and leader of Gerry and the Pacemakers, passed away. He was managed by Brian Epstein, who also managed the Beatles at the same time. Gerry and his band had many hits including "I Like It" and "Ferry Cross the Mersey", but is mostly associated with "You'll Never Walk Alone", the adopted anthem of the Premier League Champion 'Liverpool Football Club'.

Requiescat In Pace, Gerry.
