Hi,
First timer here as I am new to this forum. Recently purchased a Taylor 324ce and am interested in installing Power Pins 2.0. I have them on an older Dean acoustic and they are awesome!!!! Totally changed the sound and sustain. I am absolutely sold on them although many others think they are gimmicky or flat out don't work.
Anyways, my question...Does anyone have experience installing them on a Taylor with ES2 electronics? I know that the ES2 pickup is different than other acoustic pickups with the 3 adjusting screws etc. and am wondering if the metal plate that needs to go inside the soundhole on the bottomside of the bridge will fit. I thought I read awhile back that someone had to modify the plate to make it fit. Any advice or past experience is appreciated! 👍🎸
