Wondering if anyone has watched the well done guitar lessons on Youtube by the teacher that goes under the moniker "ShutUp & Play"? He plays a Taylor 214ce Deluxe and also a GS Mini Koa.
I've had fun re-learning songs that I thought I knew, until watching his take on them.
He's a very good teacher and player, imo.

I agree ! I found him when I did a search for guitar tutorial on playing "in My Life".
-
I finally mastered Hotel California thanks to him.

I was going to look at that also, but it got yanked due to copyright. He was just too accurate I suppose, as there's many other Youtube lessons on that tune.

In my opinion he's the best out there to learn a song from.
:D

Absolutely, just found him last week when looking for new Christmas fingerstyle songs... he is awesome!

Yes! Andy's site is one of my favorite sites to learn from.
I recently worked on his version of God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen.
My right hand is lacking so I had to adapt a version of my own.
Decided to record it using my new 714ce 12 Fret LTD.

I was just reading about a guy that had his Facebook account deleted for posting a cover of Hotel California and it reminded me of this. I guess Asylum haven't made enough money out of it yet!

I learned Over the Hills and Far Away, From the Beginning and Babe I’m Gonna Leave You with Andy’s lessons. He is a great teacher and his versions are very accurate.

Yuip! I have picked up some nice pointers from him, the man floating in darkness.
