I do not like these plastic bridge pins. Any suggestions..... it is my understanding that there may be some difficulty or sizing issues with the 100 and 200 series. I was thinking brass or bone, rather than wood.
Anyway, any advise would be nice.
Thanks,
Mark

Got these custom pins from Rob Mock @ Melodee Music in Sterling,VA. He can do anything you'd like so give him a call. He knows about all things Taylor.

I bought my bridge pins from Bob Colosi.

He is also very knowledgeable about Taylors and very helpful. He will actually call you back when you leave a message. What's this world coming to?

i don't care for the plastic pins either, just because they seem to
require more effort to seat & remove them than the ebony ones -
here are a few more links, which hopefully will be of some help
d'andrea brass tone pins
http://www.musiciansfriend.com/accessories/dandrea-tone-pins-brass-bridge-pin-set (http://www.musiciansfriend.com/accessories/dandrea-tone-pins-brass-bridge-pin-set)
the added mass may "darken" the tone some (it did on a 310M) & when changing strings, i'd suggest placing
a relatively thick towel or cloth below the bridge, because if one of these happens to fall on the top, it'll leave a mark
tusq pins

a bit more definition & individual note clarity, which can be nice on a slightly softer top (engelmann, cedar, redwood)
taylor ebony pins - with or without ab dot

planet waves boxwood pins - these kind of mimic the appearance of dyed bone pins

& as jerry mentioned, bob colosi - saddles, pins & more, in a variety of diffferent materials

bob makes some nice stuff & i especially like his WAHI wave compensated saddles
