Title: No more GS Mini buzz
Post by: mikeguywest on September 07, 2013, 03:34:02 PM
A bit ago I posted asking folks if they were having trouble with a buzzing or twangy sound on the G and B strings of their GS Mini. It seemed a lot of people were. I was just in a store recently and played a Hog and Spruce model on the wall and they too had the problem. I took mine to a local Taylor approved luthier and He did a simple truss rod adjustment (loosened it a bit) and that took care of the problem. Of course, If I play it as aggressively as I do my GS8e then I will get it, but that should go without saying. The adjustment didn't hurt the action noticeably either. So If you're having the same problem here's a good simple solution.
