Title: Apostrophe issue when posting

Josh just updated something else for the forum in hopes it alleviates the apostrophe problem that has been a posting issue. So those of you who post from an Apple device and/or Safari which has caused most of the problems, will you give it a try below, please?

Although I've been using Safari, I'm not having any problems.  My ios is 11.4 (20F71).

Another annoying problem.

I keep getting an "are you a human" thing, which is annoying. Especially from a site that shows up as 'not secure' because they never bothered with getting correct internet certifications.

I’m writing this on an older iPad Pro 12.9” screen with software version 14.4.  This device has “always” worked before more than  99/100 times.  Edit:  Bingo! It now seems to work when using apostrophes, quotes and fractions.
