NGD GS Mini Koa FLTD

Hi Guys
             Well, here I am again trying to think of a plausible explanation to give my long suffering wife after walking out of my FLGS with a GS Mini Koa. The best I can come up with is "Now I know five chords I need five Taylors". Whadya think? Needs more conviction?

No, I don't that will fly with your wife. Keep thinking! We need to see pics, though, or it didn't happen. Hey, that might work. Don't post pics.....didn't happen......wife is happy.  ;D

I've been busted. She caught me playing the thing when she came home from work. I actually figured that if I hid the case, left the 210 out on a stand and put the Mini in the 210 case there would only ever be four cases on view. Never mind, she's cool with it, said it sounded great, laughed, shook her head and left me with a very red face. I really need one of you kind people to do a step by step guide to posting photos from a Windows laptop. I can build racing motorcycle engines to aerospace tolerances but computers are the work of the devil.

I've used that line a few times to sell motorcycles, always gets a smile even from the ladies. Loving the new guitar, but I'm a bit disappointed they haven't put a FLTD label on the inside. I noticed when I registered it. Are they all being sent out like that?

Yeah, no special label. Ironically I just noticed that this morning about mine.

Nice and if you think of something that will work on a spouse let us know, whenever I get a new guitar or mandolin I'm always trying to figure out ways to justify it to my hubby.  I tried the old case switcheroo like you did and yeah......it didn't work for me either....ha

Congrats on the new Mini! My Koa came yesterday...and my gf had an eerily similar reaction when she realized it was a new purchase oops!! Jam on!
