matched-perfect, staggered-special bearclaw top grafted walnut 6 stringer & 12'er set ;)
http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/CustWalnutset

the 12'er looks more like a GS to me, even though it says both are GAs :-\

the ES2 set screws are offset to the right on the 12'er, for clearance i imagine
it's not about what you play,

If Santa wanted to drop that off at my house this Christmas, I would be a happy little girl.

i had a 02 w14ce (pre standard II bracing) & a ridiculously bearclawed sitka top
06 410LTD walnut (standard II) a while back & both sounded great to my ear -
the forward shifted adi CV bracing & relief rout on these should bump
'em up tonally by several notches & make 'em that much 'nuttier, imho ;)

:D

Boy, those are tempting -- particularly for me; it seems my collection has become centered around the pairing of a 6-string with a 12-string...  It's a bit of a shame that they couldn't have done matched sets of walnut and consecutive serial numbers, though.  Still, they're both very nice sets of walnut, and I do like the tonewood...  But there's just no way I'm dropping that kind of cash on a couple of guitars right now...

And I think you're correct, Michael:  I zoomed in on the image of both guitars together, and thought I could make out "Custom GS" on the label of the 12-string.  Taylor could probably confirm using the serial number.  Curious thing about it is that it does not appear to say "Custom GS-12" like mine does... ???
