Protect Your Hearing!

Across years of loud music, I damaged my hearing. Yes, hearing aids can help, but believe me, protection and prevention are a thousand times better!  I have hearing damage and tinnitus.  It is no fun, and as the old saying goes.  "A ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" .
