Well right next door actually. Hello everyone and for those of you who have never heard that slogan before that would be Cleveland, Ohio. Actually I am in Lakewood which is right next door. As fate would have it my newest guitar was just dropped off a couple of hours ago by FedEx only a few hours after my account here was approved. A brand new 714ce Western finish and she is a beauty. I have been playing for less than 1 year and my learning was interrupted 4 times last year by major traumas. I hope 2018 to be a much less stressful year and that I can make some real headway in my learning. I purchased a Breedlove Stage Concert (almost a Taylor} earlier in the year and then a Taylor T5 a little later. I have to say that this 714 is really something. I demoed a 714 against a 814 and I thought the 714 was a little less bright and full. I saw a 2017 demo model online and was lured by the price. I Could not be happier with this guitar. It is the same size as my Breedlove but sooooo much louder and well balanced. I think that this particular guitar would stand toe to toe with the 814 or at least pretty close.
